Hi,

I am looking to lease an office in GZ. Can anyone recommend a good agent or company.

The specifics are:

The specifics of the sort of the property I require are:

Location - Tianhe, GZ

Occupancy - up to 20 people

Security - Controlled access

Air conditioning - 24 Hrs during summer months

Budget - $3000 to $4000 (flexible)

Lease - 1 year

it is not easy to reach your requirment...usually grade A offices use central air-conditioning...
