Living near where you live probably good idea.

Perhaps  come in first see where you will be working then make your own decision.
Many types of condos & different type of facilities of choice available.
As everywhere else traffic jam is a big worry here in Malaysia.

I would not rely to much on what people say on this blog but some ideas maybe useful but doing first hand,seen first feel the place then making decision would be good idea.
