American Living In Russia!

Post new topic

kylekeeton

Hello,

My name is Kyle Keeton, I am an American who has chosen to live in Moscow Russia with his new Wife Svet. Instead of the traditional Russian Woman moving to America. We changed the rules in this case.

Svet my Wife still has a lot of family alive and I do not. She loves her homeland, Has no desire to live in America. (Yes she has been to America.)

I love America but when it comes to the Woman in my life, She has an equal voice in decisions. we talked about it and made a decision. It was the best decision that We could have made!

I love Russia and I would stay here the rest of my life. But then again I would live anywhere with Svet.

I have been here about a year, so I am not a new comer. My blog gives my view point on what has been happening to me. So I will not go into details. See my blog!!!  :joking:

I would love to answer questions about Russia, For I really Love It!

Hey Julien,

I read much more than I speak, but I am learning to speak Russian. The reading part is simple and I get around Moscow very easily.

Russia is a fantastic country and I find very little about it that I do not like. Most likely my favorite part is the Russian Villages, My wife and I go to one called the Sunrise of Freedom. (English version). Only twelve people live there. I have several articles about the Village.

I think Moscow is a wonderful city and the people are so friendly! I am amazed. The Metro is an artistic dream to me.
Of course my Wife is the number one attraction in Moscow!

I'm also a new member and have just been introduced to the fascinating, and not so fascinating aspects of Russia while spending 3 weeks in Siberia, after a life long interest in the country.    I look forward to reading your blog!

:D Thanks Lilly2006. I feel lucky, I have seen both bad and good of Russia and the good has out weighed the bad.  :proud  I found in America that the bad was starting to out weigh the good!   =(
