Internship in Berlin

Hello all! I am a US citizen studying in the UK. I wanted to see about an internship in Berlin and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to start? Also would it be difficult if I only spoke English? Not sure how the visa process works for this also.  I have visited Berlin several times and am in love with the city. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I would like to do an  internship in non-profit or something with a cause that  I am passionate about. But at this point I will take anything. My undergrad is in business management and I am currently doing a post grad in management and leadership.

For most of internships german is required. I think in Berlin it is still possible to find something with english. Because to practise in english is important for stuff of many international companies. You can see more here:
