Hello, Well since it does not seem to be a heredity problem that has been passed to you it could be any other reason. The first thing is to figure out what is cause of your hair fall. Also try to increase your protein intake. If you want any referral for treatment of hair problems then you can try Dr. Cole’s site forhair.com.

Try candlenut oil (minyak kemiri). Hope it helps.

Hi Toni,

I was having hair thinning problem a couple of years back. If you ask me, I'd say the most effective way to stop the problem is to get medical treatment.  There are medicines your doctor can prescribe that can slow down falling hair. But i stopped taking medicine cos i decided to change my lifestyle and try not to put chemicals into my body if i can help it.  Now my formula is a healthy diet, be happy always and a good shampoo (I'm using Kiehl's ultimate thickening shampoo).

But seeing that your problem is quite bad since your scalp is already showing, I really recommend that you consult a doctor. Any family doctor will do, or a skin specialist.

I wish you all the very best !
