Question about jobs and immigration control in Romania

Hi, I'm new to the forum.

I'm Brazilian from Florianópolis/SC, 24 years old. I like Romania, Romanian people and their culture, and I'd like to live there someday.

I'd like to know how hard it is for a foreigner from outside of the EU to get a job in Romania. Does the Romanian government provide work visas for foreigners easily? How is the job market? I am a computer programmer. Are there many opportunities in the field of software development?

In 2013 I'll be visiting Romania, and maybe in the future I'll be going to live there if I believe that's not going to be too hard.
