Hi All,

Am now in KSA and invited for a personal interview in Abu Dhabi.
By percentage, where am I now in the hiring process? Would I get this job? Why a face to face interview is needed. They will pay the returned ticket.

Sounds like they want to check you out first before making a decision.
What sort of work are you applying for ??

In other words, even they will shoulder the expenses..there's no guarantee of the job. I thought that the face to face interview will mean the job offer will be handed over personally rather than doing it through mail, the reason why they let me travel of their own expense. By the way, am applying a managerial position.
