If memory serves, a 30 day tourist visa costs US$25.
Hotels start at $10 and work up from there but will be more in Jakarta.
Long time since I've been to Kebumen but I understand they have some reasonable hotels there.

hi,

There is no direct flight from India to Indonesia. You have take transit in any of below countries:
Malaysia,
Singapore,
Thailand
or Srilanga

The important thing you need to keep in mind the visa process is different from Indonesian citizen. Indian cant travel to singapore/malaysia without valid visa (unless they take transit within airport to next destination). So he should have valid visa (it depends which airways and airport you are flying)

Where to go and where to stay its fully depends on your taste. Most of them prefer to do shopping, some of them never like shopping but interested in other stuff. So just ask this question urself where u want to go. The cost is again depends on comfort you are looking.

Looks like you got off the wrong plane.
Go into the airport, there is a Lost and Found counter. :)

Thanks for making a point!

So you want to experience Jakarta.

Read this for visa info embassyofindonesia.org/consular/voa.htm

Then book flight tickets online airasia.com flies India to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You must book 2 flights. INDIA-MALAYSIA then MALAYSIA- JAKARTA (choose the airports to your convenience).

Book hotels. You can go to agoda.com and choose Jakarta as your destination. There will be so many options on hotels and the prices.

Google informations about restaurants, bars or club if you want to check it out, and other important informations that you might need. Really, if you would just spend a few hours on the internet, you can find almost everything you need to know.

Pack your suitcase, dont forget your important documents such Passport, IDs, Driving license etc. Enough clothes for 10 days, special medications if any.

Leave early to the airport to avoid missing your flight.

Your question is far too open to answer.
Hotels vary from the cheap and nasty, up to 5 star wonderlands.
Food starts at about US$1, and goes up to US$ crazy.

I didn't look where you were from, but you might want to check if you can get a VOA, or have to get a visa before you travel.
The thread at the top of the page has that information.

I want to visit palembang for 30 days. Tell me what is the best procedure to visit there.

How to come Indonesia

ASAEED

You can fly directly to Bali from India.I think there is a direct flight from Mumbai to Indonesia. Another option is to fly Singapore/KL/Or Bangkok and then fly to Jakarta or Bali.

lukereg

You could go overland to Singapore from India and take a ferry to Sumatra but it might take a while.
