A studio apartment with two single beds, wireless internet, washing machine, balcony, television, refrigerator, stove, oven and more available to share with a native speaker English teacher for 125 plus half utilities. ( about another thirty Euros )

The area has a number of stores in the area, bus stops, linguistic schools and is a ten minute walk to Paceville or twenty to Spinola Bay.

I give preference to Spanish, Chinese, French, Indian or Greek people because I enjoy these cultures - including the languages and would be perfectly capable of splitting with a woman in a pure platonic, respectful, business manner as a friend but seek someone for a minimum of two months.
