Formalities for family Visa ?????

My old sponsor has informed my new sponsor that if they don't transfer my Iqama within one day , then he will sent me on exit.
The new company informed me that they have not yet given my Iqama to the Labour office, so it is impossible to transfer the Iqama within one day.
So they told that they will give me a new VISA. SO I am planning to go on exit and come back .
How much time does it take for me to come back ?
After coming back , how much time does it take to issue my new Iqama ? When can I apply for a family Visa and how much time does it take to Issue a family visa?

Recently a colleague was mentioning this - there are 2 options :-
1. Iqama sponsorship transfer - this can happen without exiting.
2. New Iqama sponsorship - here u have to go back and come.

Both the procedures can take upto 3 months depending case to case.

Will let u know in case I come to know anymore on this.

I have got my iqama and process of yellow page for my family visa is under process. My children are studying in Karachi (grade 6 and below).
Can any one guide what documents are their attestation required for addmission inschool. Also address of board / ministry of education authorities in karachi and their process.
