How to proceed after getting a new visa from MODA.

Hi all ! if one gets a job offer from Ministry of defence and aviation and they give you option to transfer the sponsorship (kafaala) of iqama or else take a new visa from MODA, then what is the better option? i already had one transfer before this from my fathers iqama to SBG.
2ndly what is the proces to be followed in my homeland (Pak) if i take new visa from them? would i need to hire some agent to get the visa stamped on my pasport or can i do it solely on my own as well? thanks for giving your time in reading the post and looking forward for replies
