Iqama Sponsorship Transfer

Dear Members,

Hope you all are in the best of health. I like to know that if a student who has just transfered his Iqama to an independent kafeel can transfer his sponsorship after one year or not? If yes, when did this rule changed from two years to one year?

This Rule is just for papers.Many of my friends change sponsorship with in the 2 years ,even 1st year.For this you have to give extra to Mandoob(company P.R.O).
