Bicycle shops in Phnom Penh?

I'm looking to purchase a simple bicycle and am wondering if anyone has some recommendations as to where I could find a decent shop. I live in the BKK1 area so the closer the better but I'll take any suggestions.

There are several bicycle shops near Orrusey market.

remember to buy a lock.
