Transfer of Sponsorship - Without Knowing

I gave my Iqama to Services Office for Renewing.

Yesterday i have seen on MOI that My Sponsor Has been Changed.

It Gave me Different Sponsor ID & name.

I asked from Office, but they Said they haven't Done any thing.

What I do now?

What's the relation between your old and new sponsor? Why should it have happened? Any possible chances of a conspiracy? I guess you'd be able to answer these questions better.

It can be data entry mistake that will need immediate correction.

By the way, in the entire process in practice, the consent/knowledge of an employee is not needed for a sponsorship change.
