Salary for General Manager

What is the salary strucuture in Muscat for a Indian General manager who is having 17 years total experience and out of that 12 years Gulf experience. The industry is Interior decoration contracting company. I am in negotiation with a reputed Indian based big private company in Muscat who is having 1000 staffs.

With your kind of experience, and based on what you may already be earning, it should be 3000 RO plus fully furnished house. This is GM level, assuming u have good PG qualifications too.
