Best way to get a fruit picking job in Australia is to get a working holiday visa.

This website will will show you how you can get this www.immi.gov.au 

No visa no job.

First you need a visa. Read my previous post on the subject. You cannot directly contact the farmer.
Then once you have the visa  you go online and start looking for fruit picking or farm work. No visa no job. No farmer will hire you without the visa.
