Too late.

Your best bet would be to look for a new job and resign from your current employer. Go all legal.

thanks for your reply,
but, if i resign, will they give the release or will they just give me final exit... is there a way to overcome the final exit if they are giving it. can you please suggest me any  ways to get release from them and not exit.
thanks,

Your current visa is NOT theirs; as you said you got your sponsorship *transferred* to them. So, legally they can't issue you a final exit.

Under the current situation around us in KSA, Legally there is nothing stopping them from giving you final exit as well. Its the call of the employer to give you release or not even if the visa is yours. They can always argue in court that they do not require your services any more and the Labor Office will only support companies.

You could go to the court and then it goes on and on, normally people try to resolve things amicably, try to get a release from your company on good terms.

Good luck.

Spot on.

The law is written in the way as to support companies & their business. The court won't care the visa is yours or theirs if they state that you are a business threat for them (for example). Cordial settlement is always the best bet in such cases.
