dear SM,
you will definitely come across someone on the blog - in Kuwait there are two systems: IGCSE & SATS, British schooling or American.
im not sure of grade 3 - 6 is too early to define them as either. and ur sending mixed signals, ur asking for European tutors and yet you refer to em as "grade" not "year".
