Job Offer Combination Industries

Hello Guys
     I am New to expatblog.. I got a job offer from Combination Industries (Food Industry). Actually I am from South India. I got Offer per month - Salary 600-750USD + 50,000 (Local salary) + Accomdation + Transport. I have completed Diploma in mechanical with 3 years exp. Can i accept it.
