can anyone tell me lots on the canal side of the island,is the water clean or swampy?i know theres new subdivisions planned for the south end and to my research this is where the treated sewage goes into the water.this is also an area where residents dump their garbage.thanks.

The water is clear where we have our lots in Fire Coral Street.
