if you are new in Antalya, here is a list of places where you can meet people:-

HOW CAN I MEET ENGLISH SPEAKING RESIDENTS IN ANTALYA?

There are lots of opportunities to meet other foreign residents here in Antalya.

1.    For instance, there is St. Paul’s Centre in Kale İçi (the old quarters of Antalya). It’s a great place to meet other people.  There are lots of activities on offer there besides the church services and there is no particular religious atmosphere there.

St Paul Cultural Center welcomes expats in Antalya

ANTALYA - Saint Paul Cultural Center is a multi-faceted community center that serves both foreigners and Turkish residents living in the city. Besides offering religious services to all those who want to participate, the center also holds English conversation groups, which offer the chance to practice one's English with native speakers and has a library of 2.500 books. "Whether Catholic or Orthodox, everyone from all nationalities and backgrounds is welcome to our center," says one founder

Address: Kılınçarslan Mh., Yeni Kapı Sokak, 00447 Antalya, Turkey
Phone: 0242 244 6894

2.  Then there’s Antalya Expats Social Group – you can find them on FACEBOOK.  There’s always something going on in this group – again, an international audience.

I think these are the best 2 places to meet people. Then there’s

3.     http://www.couchsurfing.org/activity/vi … in-antalya

They meet most Saturdays in the evening in Kale İçi or in other parts of the city and again, is pretty international.

4.    There are lots of clubs here too, according to your taste, whether it be joining the Walking Club for long walks (around 12km – 15kms) or photography clubs etc etc etc. Can give you more info on these kinds of things once you arrive. The Walking Club’s/Sport’s Club address:

5.  http://www.gpsmycity.com/tours/nightlif … -2804.html

You can acquaint yourself with the city on this night walk.

6.    Then there’s the International Women of Antalya:
“
Hi,
We're a well-established club in Antalya. Mostly, we do discounted excursions around the area and also sometimes more out-of-town overnight excursions. We also meet for luncheons and coffee. We do some charity work in the area if you're interested in that you can volunteer. It is not compulsory.
Please contact Gul for more information at gulsevin.gungor @ (hotmail) com or you can call her at 0532 277 35 40
(Men can join)”

Hope this is enough info for you as a start!

For anyone who is perhaps new to Antalya I've got a couple of addresses you might find interesting
1.  http://www.dobgm.gov.tr
Go down the bottom of the page and click on Antalya State Opera and Ballet to read the programme in English.

2. http://www.antalya.com.tr
Here you've can find the cultural programmes for each month of the year in TURKISH.

TOURIST INFORMATION OFFICES
Close to the Clock Tower - one of the entrances to Kale Içi there is a tourist information office - if you're standing with your face to the clock tower, walk to the right and it's just a couple of minutes walk away.  There you can find info on lots of cities in Turkey in various languages.  If you go inside and ask for a map of Antalya (as they are never on display outside) you will be handed a map free of charge (as are all the guides there).
Another good tourist information office is to be found on the Güllük Cad. a few minutes walk up the street past the post office.  There they have a bigger choice of tourist guides.
