Hospitals in oman:direct hiring

Salamalaikom!

I am a nurse who wanted to vist oman. I would like to stay in this friendly and peaceful country so i am planning to find a job while having a one month vacation in oman. Is there any chance for me to be hired within the span of my visit visa which is 1 month? Will the hospitals considered my work expereience in saudia? Thank you guys!

Yes there is a good chance as many hospitals are having lots of expats as Nurse. It is how you make effort and how good u r.

Hello rayban

my suggestion to you is before you fly out here do some research on hospitals that do direct hire and which has vacancies.

Only private clinic/polyclinics allow direct hiring.

Some says yes some says no. Im confused. I have read forums that discuss the same thing and informed nurses that there are PRIVATE hospitals that do direct hiring.
