Transfer permanent family visa to work visa

sir,

I came Saudi last month in my wife's permanent family visa, now i got a job & they will give demand letter. i asked my wife's company HR they are ready to give release. can i transfer my permanent family visa to that company immediately or i have to wait for 6 months something like that??? as the company needs me urgently.
