US letter-sized paper in HCM?

Does anyone know of a stationary store in HCM that sells US letter-sized paper (8.5x11" / 21.6x27.9cm)? Thanks.

I needed some a couple of years ago, so I had a a printer use his impressive guillotine to trim A4 to size.

Most of the world is metric now, so if you need some you better have someone send a few packets from the USA. Or find a local printer.
