Dawadmi - Saudi Arabia

Hi,

I am currently considering a job offer for Saudi. Initially it was based in Riyadh but now the assignment changed to Dawadmi, or Ad Dawadmi, ..... All I know about this place is that it is 320KM west of Riyadh, pretty much central Saudi.
Anyone with any experience of the place?
Is it suitable for young family with 2 little girls?
Schools? Entertainment? Accommodation? Etc...

Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
