Can anyone advise, I am trying to reply to adverts on the Malta Park Website, for both jobs and to try and promote my business, but they have blocked my registration. I can only assume this is because I have a uk email??  Is anyone else registered with them or know a way round this.

Thank you

Toon

mine is ok and i have a uk email addy on Yahoo

I was also blocked - assumed it was because of my UK email address that is obviously a UK ISP. Perhaps if one had a hotmail or gmail address it would be accepted?

Maybe they are refusing registrations from non Maltese residents since they seem to have problems with foreign sellers (according to Maltapark: "Be cautious when dealing with foreign sellers."). If so they are surely looking more at your phone number and/or IP address rather than to the e-mail address.

Must be the ip address as I registered with a gmail account and also have a malta postal address.

They blocked me too when I tried to sign up with a German email address, even though I have a Maltese street address and was connected through a Maltese ISP. Tried contacting them multiple times through their contact form, never got an answer.

I use Malta park with Maltese IP address but UK email, no problems.
