G'day

my name is peter and i would love to learn to cook like you do in Vietnam.

Have been to China and loved that and their food as well.

Would love to know how Vietnamese cooks juelien say green mango - cannot fins anything here that will do that job.

Just a new boy so will do a lot of reading to find out about Vietnam - we have many people here from Vietnam and I love to go to the market at Springvale which is mostly Vietnamese

Hi Judy - i am in Seaford Australia and would really love your help.

on TV saw a cook making a Vietnamese salad and he was using a small gadget to juelien the green mango - he said every lady uses one of these but i cannot locate one even on ebay

do you know what it is called ?
