Does anybody know of a decent and reasonably priced place to buy over the counter medication, such as paracetamol.

I'm all sick with a cold but wwas shocked to find that paracetamol cost 35kr for 20.

I'm used to paying the 3kr for that many and was wondering if I just happened to be buying expensive, branded stuff ('Paracet').

I don't think there is much of a muchness between the very few different pharmacies (actually, I can only think of two different pharmacies).  You can buy paracet at some supermarkets, but again I think you'll just have to eat the cost.  Prices in the UK are lower due to the greater competition in paracetamol sales and production.

I can't see anyone buying Lerimi 1000-branded paracetamol anyway...
