Looking for Thomas, policeman from Brussels, Belgium

Can somebody help me, please?
I live currently in Barcelona, Spain.
I have just met At work this Sunday 24th February 2013 at Flaherty´s Irish Bar in Barcelona young man from Brussels, Belgium, whose name is Thomas, 32 years old and he works as policeman. Unfortunately I haven´t got a chance to get his surname and I´ve got no photo of him neither. He´s about 2 m tall, pail brown spiky hair, blue eyes (I guess) nicely styled beard. He speaks French, English and Spanish and I presume that also Flamish.
He´s been in Flaherty´s with a group of about 8 friends. I don´t know if they are also working as policemen. Two others´guys name are Pierre and Fabrice. They´ve been back in the bar this morning, but I haven´t got the time to talk to him, cause I was busy working.
The reason I am trying to get in touch with him is that I do owe him an apology and it´s really very important for me to do so!
So, please, if anybody can give me some tips, where to look for him, I´ll be really greatful for your help. I´ve tried FB already without success.
I am from Czech Republic, lived in Brussels in 2007. I speak English, German, French and Spanish and of course Czech as well.
Thank you very much for your effort.
Kind regards,
Dagmar

You should post an advert in the Looking for section (Missing people) in the Brussels classifieds. It could help.

Thank you,
