WTF is wrong with this country?

jason1975

Nothings wrong with this country. Gotta be careful . Any countries the same. Ever heard of a girl got her chopped off because of a rolex watch, and it was a fake ! Goodness

khanh44

The table got stolen too. Hope he threw the table at him.

Just got to be smart and not sit near the key retrieval area.

Dan Joseph

Was this happened in Saigon?
What coffee shop?
That's terrible.

Anatta

Yep. It was in Saigon. It does not matter which cafe it was. The point is that you should always watch out for your valuables.
Heck, you are not even safe using an iPad at your home. Here is the proof.

I know what you gonna show me! And I'm not going to watch it!!
Why scare us away? Are you really a Vietnamese?

Anatta

Why is it relevant?

Donysisi

Damn! Can't help to watch it. This is a sad sad topic!

l3ully

Just upgraded a couple of weeks ago my dog pack (3), with 1 more Doberman. I hope that will do the trick, at least inside my home.

Anatta

Whether is sad or not is a subjective matter. Seeing an unwatchful deer caught by a lion: is it sad? You can either blame the lion for being savage, or you can blame the deer for being naive. I am not passing any judgment.

The point, as I wrote originally, is to let you know that you should be careful and take precautions. Don't assume anything. In that way, you can prevent bad things happening to you, enjoy your stay, come back to your country with good memory.

We don't want anything bad happen to our visitors, do we?

jocelie

Thank you ANATTA,
for given us an information about stealing persons anywhere here in hcm especially to those foreign people who lives here.big help for us to be careful.

GOD BLESS!

l3ully

I not really like unknown "visitors" taking things out of my home. So far. I have been lucky, no losses discovered and I will do my best to keep it like that.

I`m not care about the clip so much... that coffee shop looks like small place and convenient for robbers

As my experience, never pick up the phone on the road( if you have phone call then stop and step to side whatever you are in safe position ), similar for ipad, laptop, hand bag ... I often bring ipad, laptop, two cellphones to coffee shop but I never face with that situation, just be careful i think
