Peace be upon you all.
I wish to ask does anybody know about changing from Ministry of Health to Ministry of Higher Education, my husband is a medical doctor with the MOH and he has receive offer with some universities also here in Ksa. my question now is:
1)how will he transfer his iqaamah from MoH to MoE
2)will he av to resign,go back to his country of Origin and then come in afresh.
