Hi,

Are there expat community living there, and are there secure,central and good locations: Dikilitaş, YILDIZ, ORTAKOY, ULUS,/ MURADIYE...??

Abbasağa, Maçka, Cihannüma, teşfikiye, valide çeşme, Barbaros are the best of besiktas.
