Unfortunately you will have to involve your employer for the application of the visa. Assuming they are in Pakistan, it is not as easy as, say a European or American passport holders to get a visa for Bahrain.

Is there any specific reason for you not wanting to involve your employer?

ACTUALLY I WANT TO KEEP THEM LONG TIME OVER HERE AND THE EMPLOYERS ONLY GIVING NOC FOR ONE MONTH OR MAXIMUM TWO ONLY THAT IS THE REASON.

Unfortunately there is no other way. On a side note, there is no such thing called "Parents Visa". Also, if they are over 60 years, they can't come to Bahrain on a long term visa anyway as this is against the law.
