Is this a good offer????????

you didnt mentioned your qualification and old experience but one thing is sure that as you mentioned the (salary+fooding+living&transportation)is included in your offer package, this much salary is very less to manage all these things and also you asked for the some kind of savings. So,this much salary is not sufficent in this stat of your offer package. in-addition; you have asked about the visa, some companies do the same, they obtain the visiting visa and after that they transfer it into work permit but im not prity sure about your country and company's status, whether it is able to transfer in to work permit or not. but some how companies do the same with the other nationals too.if they made a contract with you for 2 years, it is not a big thing, you may get any other job after 2 years and it may be a better job than this. so in this case dont worry that your contract is 2 years only.
with my personal point of view, it will be hard to mange for you with this much salary and further you knows better than me about your circumstances of life...

I am currently studying Bachelor's in business studies. I have worked as sales associate in my own country for more than 5 yrs. i have seen many people from my country visiting to Kuwait with the same kind of offer & also heard that they were promoted or lets say they are earning more currently. As i said this is my 1st time applying to work abroad so don't want to get scammed as i m in financial crisis due to which i applied just thinking i will earn more than in my country.

So you mean to say that i wont be able to save from this offer? As in my country 1KD=300 rupees (currently).Also i wanted to add the salary i am offered as in conract 110KD as basic salary and rest 40KD for fooding+transportation.

And is there any website where i see some samples of those visas/work permit to cross check when i get mine as i am very excited to come to Kuwait as i know once i get there i can earn more than what i am being offered :-).

i gone through your reply and understood the situation. as i expland you the things in my reply, dont get confused by that, it is hard to save but not that much. if you are easy going person with some kind of compromises for the facilities or lavish life style, then you may save some of the amount as well.
anyways, for the visa related cross checks, there is no any specific site to get assurance wehther these are true or fack but i dont think so any body will cheat you by this way. definatly visa will be genione otherwise company itself will be in trouble if they provide you any fack govt. document.
one more thing is personal but its concerned with your expence; i didnt guess your Gender by the name. if you are male then is not a problem to get sharing accomodation which is little cheaper way to accomodate yourself but if you are fe-male then im not sure wether you like to stay with the guys or attach with any family who is willing to keep you as a house mate.
