i'm from egypt , i have 30 years experince, i have job offere from libya ,Tripoli, not contract but as visit , as project manager in the field of light current , the company offer 2400 LYD per month with housing .
is this suitable . i need advice

I think this is a good offer.. You should accept it. its about 2000 USD.
