Post new topic

Varanus

Hi to all, hi Ubudian,

I'm new on this forum; hope i can get some advises.

Does someone knows how to create a licenced NGO or Yayasan?
If i do it my self with my indonesian wife, can I ask for a work permit? If yes, do we have to pay the annual tax (1200$)usually requiered when a PT employs a foreigner,

Thanks beforehand!

Best,

Ubudian

Below are a few links that will provide you with details concerning your questions including the requirements for a foreigner who is to be involved with the establishment of a Yayasan.

If you want to wade through the 2008 revised Yayasan laws you can do that here (in bahasa Indonesia):

Thanks you very much.

I will have a carefull look at that.

Hallo,
I know there is an info re yayasan law in Indonesia.
Please check in internet, use key word: cara mendirikan yayasan di indonesia.
If you have an email add, i could forward you that copy.

As you have an indonesia wife, i think it is far easier for you to get your work permit base on the yayasan you are going to built.

Good luck. Best regards,
Dewi
