Advice on finding a Maid

Does anyone have any advice when it comes to finding a maid? I would appreciate hearing how to avoid making any rookie mistakes. Also, if anyone has a maid to recommend to me, please feel free to write to me. I am looking for someone full time and possibly live-in as I have a baby and will be returning to work soon. I travel for my job so any trusted recommendations will be deeply appreciated.

the best way is to bring someone from your country or any other country under your sponsorship. you can also try to get a local transfer of maids from sri lanka, india etc...

it is illegal to employ a house maid who is not under your sponsorship.
