Is there a way to get a visa here in Tucuman?

Hi Christine and others!

My family and I made it here to Tucuman four days ago. The weather sure beats snow and below zero temperatures back home. Is there a way to get a visa here in Tucuman. I think my family and I want to stay a while. Our return flight is scheduled for this Friday. Since we are allowed to be here for 90 days, would we be in trouble if we did not go on that flight, but returned at a later date, or we do need a return flight scheduled to be obeying the 90 day rule?

We have been told that renting an apartment may be a good idea instead of purchasing a home. Any thoughts?
