My Sponsor has a series of companies and is in green category. I work under one of these companies, but on my Iqama, instead of the company name the sponsors name is mentioned. Is this going to be an issue?

No, as long as his commercial registration is valid, by the way what is the profession in your iqama ?

Since its painter, hence I guess under the sponsor directly, or that he might be trying to reduce impact of expats by distributing them under different companies.

Profession change would depend on your educational qualification and you can get related profession based on your major field of study.

I have a Masters in business Administration so "Business Consultant" wont be an issue. I could also have "accountant" as a profession. I was checking to see whats the best, as in safest profession to have as of now. I have heard that some posts are delegated for Saudis and getting such a profession on your Iqama can put you in trouble eventually.

Sure you are right and hence I suggested Marketing Specialist. The professions you mentioned are also fine.

How about "Sales Executive" is that a good profession to have in your iqama. As in can i get a visa on arrival from UAE with that profession. And apply for multiple entry visa.

Nope! Stay away from Sales Executive or any similar one. It will somehow translate into 'Mandoob Mubiat' which is not recommended at all. Also negative from me about Accountancy professions.

HRGuru

As a profession internally in KSA, Sales Executive was reserved for Saudi Nationals only, but still its being issued for expats some times. Problems may occur when you try to renew or bring your family and a definite no for on arrival visa to UAE. As I suggested earlier "Marketing Specialist" would be your best bet.
