On a difficult track - riding All Out - can actually be a long time!
I guess that would depend on you skill level.
I plan on checking it out!

to have fun on a cart course it should be at least 1 minute for 1 round
this means you have only 10 rounds...
10 rounds in a competition? a little short

and at the video i saw from this track... not really a speedway...
tight curves on a slippery ground..
