Dear All,

I'm in Saigon right now working for shipping company.
I would like to inquire for the best place you may know for this coming Feb. 14 to dine and chill since it's both new year's eve and valentine's day.

Hi Paul,

i'd like to recommend you to the Shri open bar&restaurant on 23th floor ,Centec tower.this will be a nice place with nice city view,good drink!
Hope you will enjoy it.
