NON immigrant US visa

hi,

i am ammi. i was born and brought up in UAE. iam enquiry regarding US non immigrant visa. i went to US early many times and i also had my baby delivered in US . in between i had plan to stay in US but i dint and came back to UAE.

now i wish to apply for US visa again after 6 years ,as i will be travelling with my mom for visit. i am leaving my kids with my sister here in UAE as they have school.

My question is- if i dont show US embassy my kids and also there is nothing in form ask about kids. will they happen to figure out about the US citizen kids?

keep in mind-

-My dad is sponcering me.
-My elder sister and her family lives in US- Green card holder and they are sponcering us there.
-we have all proof that we will come back from US.
-i dont want to show kids as this will lengthen the interview.
-i have also renewed their passport last year. but thats in US citizen service section not in non-immigrant section.

Will the system show that i have US citizen kids automaticaly or its only if they enquire they will know?
