car/motor buy

hello,
I'm in China on a 6 month ME business visa and I would like to buy a small motorbike(125cc) or a small car to get around.
I'm Belgian and Belgium has an agreement with China so I understand I can get a license without test at the traffic managment police.

But my real question..can I buy a car/motorcycle with registration plates without address in China?Or is it easier to buy a second hand motorbike that comes with plates?

you can buy a moto or a car with your passport normally you need no address.
You should go to get the Chinese drivers licence, you can get it easy but you can not drive with the Belgian drivers licence.
Inform yourself good about the laws and rules in China. If you have one accident with a moto and you drive a car, if it is not your mistake the insurance will not pay but you still need to pay because you drive a car. The rules are very strange here.
