You...niverse

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can just give me some advices about universities there.
I don't really know what i would like to study, but physiotherapy is one of my option. I'm going to be in hungary in a week to see what I ll find. Meanwhile I'm just looking in internet or blog like this one if I find someone who study something ( anything, maybe i can be interested ) to speak with.

In case this is not obvious to you, at least from what I know, courses in English is are also a funding source for the unis, so they will offer 'popular' subjects, like medicine, veterinary medicine, engineering to foreign students for a nice tuition fee. I just saw the word "physiotherapy" popping up in one of the below 'study-in-hungary' sites.
If you are EU citizen and understand Hungarian, and are good enough to master the entry exam for your desired degree course, you may be able to study for free.
Most non-hungarian courses are obviously offered in english(some unis still do german to get the germans who wanted to study medicine and vet.med. but did not manage the entry at home).

As for fees and costs: You need to look up your subject, but tuition fee for 'general medicine' is currently 16k USD/year in Debrecen; I guess price differences are small between unis. Pharmacy is 9k/year in Debrecen(says my flatmate who will choose the latter for this very reason). As for living costs, this may be in the range between 500-1000 USD/month, depending on your lifestyle (I am talking about student lifestyle, flatshare etc., of course many richer students spend more, but most hungarian grown-ups spend less). Needless to say, Budapest is the most expensive, and also offers most diversions for the mind and the purse.

Largest unis and Schools in Budapest:
* Semmelweis Medical University - that is probably where you should look first
* BME-thechnical university, but also some economics degrees
* ELTE - Hungary's flagship 'universitas generalis', no medicine or engineering
* Covinus Uni- Economics and other scools merged into it;

You may want to consider the other large Unis -
Szeged, Debrecen, Pécs (in the order of their general reputation, but e.g. for Medicine, Debrecen is up there with Semmelweis).

These pages seem like a good start to find relevant universities in Budapest, Szeged, Pécs:

Uni Debrecen is often marketing itself separately, but here is the website:
http://www.unideb.hu/portal/en/courselist
This Uni (where I am living now) has roughly 20k regular university level sutdents and is perhaps most successful in attracting foreign (paying) students, namely around 3000 are here; mainly from far and middle east, africa, also from europe (somewhere in the uni website you can find the exact numbers)
I heard from colleagues in Budapest, it seems to be the best organized research institute in the country in terms of paperwork, etc. (this is from the perspective of teachers and researchers, but perhaps relevant for students).
However, the University of Debrecen is -  prepare yourself as this may come as a shock  - in the city of Debrecen which is the second largest, but somewhat lower-paced city in Hungary. Rumour has it, Szeged and Pécs offer livelier life, I do not know them well enough to say, but am finding D a bit slow)

In Debrecen students communicate via facebook, so you can try there. but they will probably not know much about other places in hungary. This may be true for the other unis as well.

Just for reference for anybody reading this blog, hungary's best university is CEU -the Central European University - which is essentially a small, rich american private university and research institution offering graduate degrees in social sciences and economics. It is mainly funded by George Soros (who was born in Budapest) and has a mission of making the world a better place (worded slightly differently in the official version).
It ranges pretty well among similar institutions in the western world, i.e. not comparable to typical CEE institutions.

Another science area in which Hungary belongs to the top is certain areas of pure Mathematics, such as discreet mathematics and combinatorics. (Does Paul Erdõs -Erdõs Pál- ring a bell?).

I think first you should attend a Pre-Med course (1 year) so that your  English especially Medical/Academic will be enough to study in a Medical Uni.
There is a new program running by IBS, a Hungarian private Uni

I do not hear much about the CEU university as you mentioned. There are no reviews online (google) about it and the only information seems to be coming from the university itself that is published.

Why is there no one talking about this university or their experience there?

I would consider studying there but there is no objective comments anywhere about it anywhere.

If you could point me in a direction that would be great.

Are you looking for student reviews or more official reviews? Did you search using the university's full name? I found student reviews using:

  reviews Central European University

This site was first on the list (132 student reviews):
