Hi everyone!

I live in the US and am reviewing a job offer I have received from a company called Fastrackids.  I have been offered a Kindergarten job as well as running a Nanny/maid training program. I am feeling nervous and want to make sure my safety will be a priority. How do I make sure this company is legit and that my well-being will be taken care of? Thanks for any help!

When you move to a new company even in your own country, there will be no real guarantees that they will meet all their promises and obligations. It’s a risk we all take, that being said, recruiting an American will cost local companies few thousands on visa issuing, arranging flights, accommodation and other logistics so am kind of sure that they are not trying to scam you or waste your time or theirs.

Just be sure that the salary they are offering is good for you and be sure of the accommodation arrangements. Lots of people share their offers here in this forum and members help them evaluating it.

My only knowledge of this company is that it's an international franchise, which means the caliber of the owners can vary.

What safety concerns do you have? A sound job offer will cover your accommodation and transportation needs, especially since you're a female expat.  Moreover, due to the Kingdom's gender-separation laws, you won't be dealing directly with men.
