Looking for an internship position

Hi everyone!

My name's Oanh. I'm currently living in Southern California. I'm on F1 student visa and look for a chance to get an internship position or even a job position. I already have a Bachelor from Australia and a graduate certificate from UC Irvine. You guys have any idea of how to switch to working visa or get the sponsorship from the U.S companies?
