Learn making (Liege) waffle in Belgium

Hi there, does anyone know where in Belgium I could possibly learn to make the authentic Liege waffle? They are really a big deal here, and it would be great if I can learn it...maybe through working in a bakery as part-time/ cooking school, etc?

But you need to have a special cooker for it.
