i have applied visit visa for my parents, on 25th march, status updated on 31st march shows,
الإجراء يتطلب مراجعة فرع الوزارة بأصل الطلب مع الإقامة وصورة منها و صورة من إقامة الزوجة بتاريخ

please translate and tell me, i need to call my mother uregntly,

You must not have put the residential id (iqama) # on a social network like Expat-Blog. Please consider editing your post.

Also, google translate could help. Anyways, they are asking you to visit MoFA office with the original application form, your and your wife's original iqamas and one photocopy each. Take a print out of their message as well so that you don't have to explain the situation to them.
