hi were your 2 plots in one name and kept legally as 2 or made into one.Does the half finished building have a license. All very complicated,my husband is greek recently sold a flat and has owned a piece of land which I built on,we had to take his mothers name off the land, put it in his and then in mine. You can imagine it all got it bit much but we managed it.The half finished building may present problems because the laws have changed.YOU need a SYMVOLIOGRAPHO IN THE AREA OF YOUR LAND and a LAWYER.And of course MONEY.It wasnt crazy money but money. Is your land building land,in the town plan or forest land.If you didnt finish the building your license may have lapsed.Go to the symvoliographo, its your only way to sort it out and they will tell you of the costs to do so.Good luck.

Hi, the plots are in both our names and we are both english, both plots had all the planning permission and forestry clearance, we started building in 2008 so dont know how long the licence lasts, we are going over in a few days, I had a english speaking lawyer, but I just wondered if anyone had experience of this and wether it would cost me loads.
