In Vietnam, possible to have 2 different I.S.P's at the same address?

As in two different companies supplying Internet to the same address? Do I.S.P's in Vietnam have geographical areas designated to them and solely to them or can companies cover any area they choose?

Yes, that is possible. You can have a combination of VNPT and ftp and others. You will have to check with both providers, if they serve the same area.
I know from company, we are working occasisonally with, they have VNPT/ftp to, if one is down, the other is down is well. Thts an option, I would therefore not recommend. However, 3G is cheap and plenty, taking a regular DSL and a 3G backup.
